How do you wake a sleeping beauty?

We took the girls up to Trapper’s loop on Saturday to go snow sleighing. Before we left, I dressed the girls in their snow clothes. Jaycey was getting a little cranky so we told her to go to sleep. She gave the classic answer, “But I’m not tired!” She was asleep less than 60 seconds later. After we reached the mountain we tried to wake her up, but she was out cold. Hayley looked at me and said, “Too bad we don’t have scents of Mountain Dew and chocolate to wake her up. That works for Mom.”
